BBC Radio 6 Music will be broadcasting from the festival across the weekend from Friday 12 February with the network’s presenters coming live from all the venues, day and night.

The station will air many of the performances live from Motion, Colston Hall, O2 Academy Bristol and Basement 45, with others recorded and aired in shows later in the week and on future dates.

The 6 Music Festival can also be seen and heard across digital platforms. As well as being broadcast on the station across the weekend, highlights from a selection of performances will be available to watch via the BBC Red Button at various times during the weekend of the event and over the following fortnight.

Full sets from around 20 acts will be made available on BBC iPlayer for 30 days, and there will be more video and photos from the event showcased at bbc.co.uk/6music and via the stations’ social channels.

Cara, desde criança que eu acho o Carnaval um saco! Porém, contudo, todavia, no último dia do reinado de Momo ouvir Geronimo cantar “Eu sou negão” no Ronca Ronca foi demais! Um sentimento de emoção difícil de explicar por um sujeito que nunca gostou do clima da festa, de colocar a mão para cima ou de tirar o pé do chão.
