NEWS – PJ HARVEY: LIVE WEBCAST

To mark the release of Let England Shake, PJ Harvey will debut her new album live in a one-off, special show from Paris next Monday February 14th.

The show will be streamed live on Monday night at 8pm GMT by the French music site Deezer and the cultural chanelARTE .

The webcast will also be available on the official PJ Harvey site www.pjharvey.net.

NME announced that PJ Harvey was to be honoured with an Outstanding Contribution To Music Awards at their ceremony in London on February 23rd, more information about that can be found here.

We also saw NME award ‘Let England Shake’ a 10/10 review, a rarity we hear, the last new album to receive such a review was the Arctic Monkey’s for their debut album. More on that here.

Monday saw the release of the Words That Mak eth Murder on 7 vinyl. This is the first single to be taken from Let England Shake and is backed by an exclusive B-side The Guns Called Me Back Again. Copies can be ordered here.

On Tuesday PJ Harvey joined John Wilson for a chat on BBC Radio 4’s Front Row. More details can be foundhere.
